Biography

Brian C. Gee is a member of the Litigation Practice in Greenberg Traurig's Silicon Valley office. Brian’s practice focuses primarily on financial services and construction litigation. As an experienced litigator, Brian is able to guide his clients through all stages of litigation including pre-trial motions, discovery, settlement, trial, and appeals. He is a constructive and efficient advocate that puts the needs of his clients first and pursues outcomes that fit within the framework of clients’ goals. Brian has a deep familiarity and understanding of both state and federal procedure, with experience handling complex class actions, multi-district litigation, and cases involving many parties and related actions.

As an active participant in his community, Brian is proud to serve on the board of the Housing and Economic Rights Advocates and on the advisory board of the Asian Law Alliance.
