Brian C. Hall, Esquire

Brian C. Hall, Esquire: Attorney with Eisenberg, Rothweiler, Winkler, Eisenberg & Jeck, P.C.

Biography

Concentration: Brian represents injured persons and their families in complex personal injury litigation. He concentrates his practice on medical malpractice, products liability, premises liability, crashworthiness, and automobile and construction accidents.

Experience: Brian has successfully litigated and tried numerous cases in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey courts on a wide range of issues. His work has resulted in many million and multi-million dollar recoveries for his clients. Brian has considerable appellate experience as well. In Filter v. McCabe, Brian successfully argued before the Pennsylvania Superior Court to expand the law regarding homeowners’ responsibilities to their guests. He has been a speaker for the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association on legal practice in trial courts and on premises liability issues. He handles numerous pro bono cases involving automobile negligence and premises liability, and coordinates the firm’s pro bono program. Prior to law school, he taught English as a second language in Taipei, Taiwan.

Education: Brian graduated from Temple University School of Law, where he served on a law journal and received awards for outstanding performance in Jurisprudence and Trial Advocacy. He received a Master's Degree in literature from Columbia University, and his undergraduate degree at Rutgers University – New Brunswick.

Membership: Brian is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He is actively involved in the Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Associations.

Community Involvement: When not advocating for victims of personal injury, Brian serves as the President of Media Borough Council – the legislative body of Media, PA. Even though his community responsibilities require a significant amount of time and effort, Brian believes they are well worth it. Through his own community service, he has been able to set a positive example for his daughters and, he hopes, others as well.
