Biography

Brian C. Roche served as a Law Clerk to Alan H. Nevas, U.S.D.J., U.S. District Court, District of Connecticut from 1997 to 1999. Brian is one of the founding partners of Roche Pia LLC. His practice focuses on intellectual property, noncompete and trade secret actions, as well as complex commercial litigation at both the state and federal level. Brian regularly counsels clients with respect to the best practices for protecting their intellectual property from piracy, counterfeiting and computer fraud and abuse threats. Brian is an active member of the Raymond E. Baldwin American Inn of Court. He has previously served as Treasurer of that organization, as well as on the Board of Directors of Isaiah 61:1. Brian is a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation, has been selected to the 2019 Connecticut Super Lawyers® list with respect to intellectual property law, and was selected for inclusion in the “Best of New Haven 2020" Profile Series, published in The New Haven Register/Go Magazine.
