Brian D. Greenberg, Esq.: Attorney with Brian Greenberg Law Offices

Biography

Member of the State Bar of California. Admitted to practice law in 1974.

From 1974 to 1990, I served with the VA Office of District Counsel in Los Angeles (1974-1979) and in San Diego (1979-1990).

I handled VA approval of all Condominium Projects in Southern California and Clark County, Nevada.

From 1990 to the present, I have been in private law practice.

In private law practice, I have represented developers of small condominium projects (2 Units to 20 Units), small planned developments (10 Lots to 20 Lots with Common Area) and condominium conversion projects (2 Units to 200 Units).

From May/December, 2011, I wrote a weekly column in the “New Home Section” of the San Diego Union Tribune. The column was entitled “Operation VA/FHA Homeowner”. It was written to provide useful information for potential VA/FHA purchasers of condominiums in new condominium projects in San Diego County.
