Biography

Brian F. Levine is the founder and owner of Levine Law, which focuses on probate and estate-administration services nationwide through Of-Counsel and probate-coordination relationships with attorneys in virtually every state. Since launching the firm in 2006 after clerkships with trial-court judges in the Lawrence County Court of Common Pleas, Mr. Levine has expanded his practice well beyond its original corporate-office location. Levine Law is currently engaged by the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services to recover outstanding monies owed to DHS, and on a national level Mr. Levine assists class-action plaintiff firms in probating and administering estates of deceased claimants in lawsuits such as Beirut Bombing, Camp Lejeune, and Roundup. He conducts estate-planning seminars for nursing-home audiences and teaches CLE courses on title insurance and real-estate closings. Known for his entrepreneurial approach, direct communication, and common sense, Mr. Levine is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Real Property, Trust & Probate section and the Lawrence County Bar Association. He earned his J.D. with honors from West Virginia University College of Law and graduated with high honors from the University of Michigan.
