Biography

Brian G. Price is a distinguished personal injury attorney and managing partner at Dougherty Leventhal & Price, LLP, where he has advocated for seriously injured clients in Northeastern Pennsylvania for nearly three decades. Since joining the firm in 1995 and becoming a partner in 2000, Mr. Price has secured numerous multi-million dollar settlements in complex personal injury cases, including serving the region’s Latino community—30% of his clients—often in their native Spanish. Board Certified in Civil Trial Advocacy and Civil Pretrial Advocacy by The National Board of Trial Advocacy, Brian Price is consistently recognized as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer.

A University of Pennsylvania graduate and Temple Law alumnus, Mr. Price also served in the U.S. Peace Corps in Guatemala. He is actively involved in professional leadership, having served as President of both the Young Lawyers Division of Lackawanna County and the Northeastern Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers’ Association. In addition to his professional accomplishments, Mr. Price is deeply committed to community service, contributing to organizations including Friends of the Poor, Wyoming Valley CYC, and Neighborhood Works NEPA. He resides in Scranton with his wife and four children, continuing his dedication to both his clients and his community.
