Biography

Brian Wolf has been practicing law as a civil litigator for nearly 40 years. Brian’s practice involves protecting and enforcing the rights of companies and individuals, both as plaintiffs and defendants, in a wide variety of civil actions in state and federal courts. Brian’s practice focuses on representing companies and individuals in the entertainment and media industries, including disputes involving breach of contract, unfair competition, fraud, copyright infringement, trademark infringement, financial audits, defamation, trade libel and rights of publicity.
