Biography

Brian Gallagher is an Associate in the firm’s general liability department. Prior to joining Margolis Edelstein, Brian earned his J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law as part of the Evening Division Program. While attending law school at night, Brian worked full time during the day as a law clerk for a large Philadelphia-based firm, where he assisted insurance carriers in residential and commercial water damage claims as well as product liability disputes. After law school, Brian also worked in New York City for a Manhattan-based building consultancy group, where he continued to assist insurance carriers with matters concerning litigation disputes and multi-million-dollar property damage appraisals. Before law school, Brian graduated from Saint Joseph’s University, where he obtained a B.A. majoring in international relations and minoring in political science.
