Biography

After earning his Juris Doctor, Attorney Brian J. Lail accepted a position as an Assistant Public Defender in Broward County, Florida where he successfully defended hundreds of clients charged with serious criminal offenses. As a private attorney in Southwest Florida, he has continued to successfully defend hundreds of clients charged with serious criminal offenses.

In addition to being licensed in Florida, Attorney Lail is also admitted to the Bar of the District of Columbia. In Washington, D.C., he represented clients charged with criminal offenses, as well as those who have suffered serious personal injuries due to the negligent or intentional acts of others.

Prior to law school, Attorney Brian Lail earned a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Kentucky and began a career in banking where he ultimately served as the Eastern Regional Manager of a large financial institution before deciding to enter the legal field. Attorney Lail is certified by ALTA to be fluent in Spanish.
