Biography

Brian Williams joined the firm in 2019 after retiring from the City of Huntsville with over 32 years of service; the first 18 years as a Police Officer and Investigator for the Huntsville Police Department and over 14 years as a Prosecutor and Assistant City Attorney for the Huntsville City Attorney’s Office.

Brian is a lifelong resident of the City of Huntsville and a graduate of Grissom High School. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Forensic Sciences from Jacksonville State University in 1986. One of his proudest achievements was earning his Juris Doctorate degree from the Birmingham School of Law while working as a criminal investigator for the City of Huntsville. While in law school he was a member of Sigma Delta Kappa legal fraternity. Based on his past law enforcement and legal experience, Brian has also been appointed by both Governors Robert Bentley and Kay Ivey as Legal Counsel to the Alabama Board of Polygraph Examiners.
