Brian Kruse is a partner at Kirkland & Sommers, one of Dayton’s leading law firms. He joined forces with the firm in 2016, after spending the previous five years building a successful practice specializing in Domestic Relations/Juvenile/Family Law.

Experience
Brian got his start in the Windy City, beginning with an internship with the Chicago Housing Authority while attending law school. After graduation, Brian remained in the Chicago area, working as an attorney at several firms including Pugh, Jones, Johnson and Quandt, P.C., followed by a stint at Momkus McCluskey.
Brian returned to his native Ohio in 2010, accepting a position as a staff attorney for the Greene County Common Pleas Court. In 2011, Brian joined the Hammond Stier and Stadnicar firm and spent the next 5 years building a successful practice focused solely on Domestic Relations, Juvenile, and Family Law. Brian became a member of Kirkland & Sommers, LPA in 2016 and has continued serving numerous client’s Domestic Relations, Juvenile, and Family Law.

Personal Information
Brian is originally from New Knoxville, Ohio. He is an avid sports fan and the current director of the Beavercreek STARS program, serving more than 1,400 kids. Brian is married to his wonderful wife Kristen and has three energetic children.
