Before establishing his own law firm, Brian L. Elstein served as general counsel to a FinTech lending company and as an attorney for a Miami-based law firm specializing in high value personal injury and commercial litigation matters. Attorney Elstein has helped recover millions of dollars on behalf of former clients, and understands the value of aggressively advocating on behalf of each and every client. Prior to advocating for the rights of injured victims and businesses, he was an attorney at a large Miami law firm where he actively litigated personal injury claims involving surgical procedures. Brian L. Elstein’s experience defending personal injury claims has proven to be an invaluable asset by gaining a first-hand understanding of how insurance companies and large self-insured corporations defend and litigate claims.

Brian L. Elstein received his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Nova Southeastern University. While in law school, he was a Goodwin Scholarship recipient and a member of the Nova Trial Association. Attorney Elstein earned his Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Central Florida in 2010.
