Biography

I began as a prosecutor for the Madison County States Attorney's Office in 1991. I practiced under rule 711 until I passed the bar. I tried 13 jury trials and many other non-jury hearings/trials as a prosecutor. Today I have 146 jury trials behind me in both federal and state courts. I have tried multiple murder trials and won most of them. I have also tried and settled civil cases worth millions of dollars. I have represented over 6,500 DUI clients and over 6,000 felony clients. I have a reputation of pushing cases to trial. That gets my clients the best offers to resolve their cases.

On a personal note I have a private pilot's license, enjoy hunting - both bow and firearm. I like boating and fishing.
