Brian M. Frankoski

Brian Frankoski is an Associate at Martin Clearwater & Bell LLP, where he de¬fends hospitals, medical professionals, and healthcare systems in a variety of medical malpractice matters.

Prior to joining MCB, Brian was a senior associate attorney in the litigation de¬partment of a mid-sized civil litigation law firm in New Jersey. There, he rep¬resented clients in personal injury, workers’ compensation, and commercial litigation matters. Specific responsibilities included performing legal research; conducting and defending depositions; leading formal arbitration proceedings and negotiating settlements; drafting motions, discovery demands, and other legal documents; and attending various court proceedings. He also developed relationships with healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care for clients.

Earlier in his career, Brian was a litigation attorney at a full-service regional law firm in New Jersey, where he represented general contractors and subcon¬tractors in actions arising from large-scale construction projects. Prior to that, he practiced at smaller New Jersey firms specializing in personal injury, de¬fending municipalities, counties, agencies, and individuals in employment and personal injury cases. During his tenure, he successfully managed high-volume caseloads and was instrumental in securing high-value settlements for clients. These foundational roles provided him with deep, hands-on experience in all aspects of the litigation process.
