Biography


Born on September 17, 1975, in White Plains, New York, Brian received his B.A., with distinction, from the University of Delaware in 1997. He earned his J.D. from the Washington College of Law of American University in 2000. Hired by Howrey & Simon after graduation, he became an associate attorney for Gordon & Simmons, LLC in 2003. A member of the American Bar Association, the New York Bar Association, and the Maryland Bar Association. He enjoys hiking, camping, and running. He is happily married to his wife, Shelah. Brian was named as a Rising Star Attorney in the 2010 and 2011 publications of Maryland Super Lawyers, an accolade bestowed upon Maryland's outstanding young lawyers.
