Biography

Brian Otero attended Barry University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in political science. He then received his Juris Doctor at Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law, graduating with honors.

While in law school, Mr. Otero served as a research assistant for Professor Barry Dubner and served on the board of multiple student organizations, including Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program and Intermural Sports Club. Additionally, Mr. Otero served as the Lead Articles Editor for the Barry Law Review and a Senator for the Student Bar Association. His experience includes an internship at the 11th Circuit State Attorney’s Office.

Mr. Otero joined Walton Lantaff Schroeder & Carson LLP in March 2019. He practices in insurance coverage law and appellate law.
