Biography

Brian Martin Simins is an Associate in the firm's Fort Lauderdale West office. His practice group focuses primarily on first party property litigation.

Mr. Simins received his Bachelor's Degree from the University of Florida with a major in Political Science and a Certificate in International Relations. He received a Master of Business Administration from Florida International University Chapman Graduate School of Business and received his Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law.

While in Law School, Mr. Simins earned the CALI Book Award for achieving the highest grade in the course in Constitutional Law and also in Election Law. He was the recipient of multiple Dean's List Awards. He was Inducted into Phi Delta Phi- The International Legal Honor Society and received the Pro Bono Award for Outstanding Student Achievement in Public Service. During Law School, Mr. Simins served as the Summer Law Clerk for the Chief Judge of the Third District Court of Appeal.
