Biography

Brian M. Sullivan hung out his shingle, starting the firm in 2007 after working for the Institute for Justice, interning as a law clerk at the Washington State Supreme Court, and finally as a Deputy Criminal Prosecutor in Snohomish County.

Brian is passionate about the law, his family, and his community. He currently limits his practice to representation of people from all walks of life in a range of serious personal injury matters. He regularly consulted with and asked to co-counsel difficult cases of catastrophic loss and insurance bad faith. He leads the firm’s personal injury practice which focuses on major roadway cases, car accidents, nursing home neglect, adult family home neglect, dangerous premises, construction injuries, and and insurance bad faith.
