Biography

Brian Battaglia has over 35 years of experience representing individuals and businesses throughout the Tampa Bay area and Florida. Brian has represented clients at all levels of the Florida state court system, and in federal court. Brian is an AV® Preeminent Rating™ from Martindale-Hubbell from 2011 to present, is a Florida Super Lawyer, and holds a 9.9 rating from AVVO.
