Mr. Berkoff focuses his practice in the representation of employers, self-insured companies, and insurance carriers in workers’ compensation defense matters. Prior to joining Capehart, Brian externed for the Honorable Michael M. Baylson, Senior Judge of the U.S. District Court for the District Court of Pennsylvania.
