Biography

Brian Park is an attorney in the Birmingham office of Morgan & Morgan, where he represents individuals and families in premises liability matters. Born in Cleveland, Ohio, and raised in Huntsville, he is a graduate of Randolph School and is proud to serve the Alabama community he calls home.

Brian earned his bachelor's degree in Government from Franklin & Marshall College and his J.D. from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, where he received the Dean's Merit Scholarship for all three years of his studies. During law school, he worked as a paralegal at a personal injury firm and completed a legal internship at a criminal defense firm. These experiences provided him with a strong foundation in client advocacy and the litigation process, as well as a deep appreciation for supporting clients through challenging circumstances.

At Morgan & Morgan, Brian is dedicated to advocating for injury victims, holding negligent parties accountable, and pursuing the justice and compensation his clients deserve.
