Brian Patrick Budic

Brian Budic is a Partner based in the Cherry Hill office, bringing a balanced practice that spans civil litigation, divorce and family law, workers’ compensation, and personal injury. He is in court often, state and federal, and has significant experience handling matters across New Jersey and Pennsylvania, including injury cases, contract disputes, and construction or property claims. In his role as Co-Chair of the firm’s Divorce and Family Law Practice Group, Brian guides clients through some of life’s most difficult transitions, handling complex divorces, custody and parenting time issues, support and alimony, equitable distribution, domestic violence proceedings, and prenuptial agreements. He approaches these cases with empathy and steady communication, while staying focused on practical solutions. Brian also heads the firm’s Workers’ Compensation Group, representing both employers and employees in the Division of Workers’ Compensation throughout New Jersey, and he serves as defense counsel for public entities, including the Camden City School District. Earlier in his career, he clerked in Gloucester County for Judge Robert P. Becker, Jr., and conducted weekly civil mediations, earning mediation and conciliation certification.
