Biography

Brian McDonough has more than 20 years of litigation experience representing defendants in high profile cases. A major focus of his work is currently on insurance defense including labor law, premises, automobile and general defense matters. Prior to joining PMT ,Brian worked at two other insurance defense firms handling a wide array of defense litigation matters. Brian was responsible for managing a high-volume case count consisting of automobile liability, premises liability and labor law. He handled these cases from inception to trial.

Brian focuses on bringing commitment and dedication to each case he handles. He has been aggressively defending clients through motion practice, arbitrations, mediations and trials.

He graduated from Fordham University and received his Juris Doctorate from Touro Law School where he received a CALI award for Admiralty Law. Brian is admitted in the State Court of New York.
