Biography

Brian Scott Pita is a Partner in the firm's West Palm Beach office and practices in the areas of general insurance defense, including automobile and premises liability.

Mr. Pita received a Bachelor of Arts from the Harriet L. Wilkes Honors College of Florida Atlantic University in Jupiter, FL, where he graduated magna cum laude in 2004. From there, Mr. Pita earned his Juris Doctor from the Florida State University College of Law in 2007. While in law school, Mr. Pita earned special recognition for his work with the Public Interest Law Center (f/k/a the Children's Advocacy Center) at Florida State University, where he represented indigent women and children in dependency and family law matters. A member of the Journal of Transnational Law and Policy, and Phi Delta Phi legal honor fraternity, Mr. Pita represented Florida State at the American Bar Association negotiation competition in Boston, MA, and southeast regional client counseling competition in Orlando, as a member of the Dispute Resolution Society.
