Biography

Brian S. Mizell is Of Counsel in the Orange County office of Murchison & Cumming, LLP. He focuses his practice in the areas of bad faith, insurance fraud, employment matters and construction law. Mr. Mizell has taken more than 1,500 examinations under oath and has drafted more than 2,000 coverage opinions. He has given presentations to insurance companies regarding the proper methods for the taking of examinations under oath, the taking of trial testimony, and preparing for trial effectively and efficiently. The Southern California Chapter of the International Association of Special Investigation Units nominated Mr. Mizell for Attorney of the Year in 2006 and 2009.
