Brian T. Duong

Brian Duong maintains a broad civil litigation and administrative law practice, with experience in complex contract and shareholder disputes, property matters, franchise litigation, constitutional claims, and freedom of information issues.He has appeared before all levels of court in British Columbia and has represented clients in trials, appeals, judicial reviews, mediations, arbitrations, and inquiries. Brian is recognized in The Best Lawyers in Canada for Corporate and Commercial Litigation, Administrative and Public Law, and Gaming Law, and has been named a “Litigation Star” by Benchmark Litigation.Brian also brings international experience from working in the U.S. litigation group at Ropes & Gray LLP in Boston and in the international arbitration group at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP in Paris.
