Biography

Briana Jeanne Basta is an Associate in the firm’s Orlando office. She focuses her practice in the areas of general civil litigation, insurance defense litigation, and vehicle negligence.

Ms. Basta attended the University of South Florida, where she graduated summa cum laude. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor degree from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University College of Law. During law school, she was a member of various student organizations, was an Advocate on the Mock Trial Team, and participated in the school’s Criminal Defense Clinic.

Ms. Basta developed her legal skills interning for both the State Attorney’s office and the Public Defender’s office of the 18th Judicial Circuit as well as working for a small personal injury and medical malpractice firm, and as a Law Clerk and Paralegal for Cole, Scott & Kissane.

Ms. Basta is passionate about providing her clients with exceptional legal representation and achieving favorable results. When she is not representing her clients, she enjoys traveling with her husband and spending time with her family and friends.
