Bri Seaberg is a member of the Real Estate Practice in Greenberg Traurig’s Chicago office. She focuses her practice on the acquisition, financing, and development of commercial real estate, including industrial, office, distribution, and data center properties.

• Represented Blue Owl in $750 million joint venture with Chirisa Technology Parks and PowerHouse Data Centers for development of a 60 MW AI/HPC data center located in northern Virginia, leased to a hyperscaler.°
