Bridget Pyman handles primarily complex litigation matters within the Firm’s health care liability defense and railroad defense practice groups. A significant portion of Ms. Pyman’s professional focus is dedicated to assisting health care providers navigate operational challenges and maintain compliance amid frequently evolving statutory and regulatory landscapes.
Ms. Pyman is experienced in all aspects of pre-trial litigation, and she has a proven record of procuring full or partial dismissals through the drafting and successful argument of dispositive motions and has authored winning appellate briefs. She works diligently to guide her clients through the intricate legal and technical nuances of health care liability and railroad matters.
Outside of the office, Ms. Pyman is a dedicated patron of the arts and a frequent presence in the audience at performances by the Knoxville Opera, the Knoxville Symphony Orchestra, and the UT College of Music.
