Biography

Brittany is an Associate in the firm’s Tampa office, where she focuses her practice on Maritime and Admiralty law. Her experience includes handling Jones Act claims, enforcing maritime liens, negotiating complex maritime contracts, defending passenger personal injury claims on vessels, and representing the interests of shipyards, vessel owners, operators, and maritime insurers. In addition to her maritime practice, Brittany is also experienced in premises liability, personal injury, and matters involving the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act.

With nearly a century of family involvement in Tampa’s maritime industry, Brittany brings a deeply rooted and practical perspective to her work. Her background affords her a unique understanding of the legal and operational challenges facing shipyards and other maritime clients.
