Brittany S. Cates regularly represents physicians, hospitals, and other health care providers and institutions in litigation matters, including medical malpractice, premises liability, and products liability. While in law school, Brittany interned at the United Nations International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia located in The Hague, Netherlands. She was part of the trial team responsible for prosecuting individuals who committed grave violations of human rights during the Balkan wars in the 1990s.
