Brittany Schmidt recently joined the Cauthorn Nohr & Owen team of attorneys.

Atty. Schmidt graduated from the University of North Georgia with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. She is a May 2017 graduate of Mercer School of Law and was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in July 2017.

Prior to working at Cauthorn Nohr & Owen, Atty. Schmidt was a legal intern for the Georgia Municipal Association; worked in the Superior Court of Fulton County; was a student attorney in the Fulton County Office of the Solicitor General; was a research assistant for City Attorney of Warner Robbins, James E. Elliott Jr.; a student attorney for the probate solicitor of Twiggs County, Ga.; served as a clerk for Joseph R. Prince Jr, LLC, Attorney at Law in Macon, Ga.; and was an intern at the Lumpkin County District Attorney's Office in Dahlonega, Ga.
