Brittney Salvatore-Perkins

There are lawyers, and then there are lawyers who are always there for you. One client posted review that stated, “Brittney is available 24/7 from the moment you retain her to the completion of your case.” Now, 24/7 might be a little exaggeration because lawyers need to sleep too. But, that is the general sentiment you hear from her clients.

Brittney gets a large percentage of her clients through recommendations from her past clients. This is because client’s feel she is accessible, knowledgeable, and competent. One recent client said, “I never doubted for one moment that my case and my son’s future wasn’t a main concern of hers…With Brittney on my side I knew I would win my divorce and custody trial. This is no surprise. Brittney is excellent at winning divorce and custody trials. She’s also become a champion at speedy divorces. She has excellent mediation skills and possesses an amazing instinct for negotiating. When a new case starts, Brittney will focus on finding the leverage to settle the case amicably, quickly and in her client’s favor.

Brittney attended Santa Clara University where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications. She continued on to earn her J.D. from Santa Clara University’s School of Law in 2011. While in law school, she was awarded the Leon Panetta research fellowship, and served as an editor on the Journal of International Law. Brittney is licensed to practice law in both Nevada and California.
