Brooke F. Brewer

Brooke Fuller Brewer is a fourth-generation lawyer, the first female lawyer in her family, born and raised in Tallahassee, Florida. After obtaining her Bachelor of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy & Child Development from Florida State University in 2003, Brooke earned her juris doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2011.
During law school, Brooke was President of the Mock Trial Team, a Defender on the Honor Court, and a Pro Bono Honors Recipient. She gained valuable experience before and during law school, including a 3-year stint as a Trial Paralegal for the Fuller Mitchell firm in Tallahassee and Summer Clerkship for Judge Frederick Tygart in Jacksonville.
Brooke began her legal career as a Public Defender in Jacksonville, Florida. There, she honed her trial skills representing the people against the powerful. For nearly 14 years, Brooke excelled as a Public Defender and earned Board Certification in Criminal Trial Law from the Florida Bar in 2019. After trying over 50 jury trials for the 4th Judicial Circuit between 2011 - 2021, Brooke moved to the 2nd Judicial Circuit and led the Capital Division devoting the majority of her time to clients charged with First Degree Murder. Brooke has tried over 60 jury trials in matters ranging from misdemeanor cases to Capital Murder. She is passionate about pursuing justice and zealously advocating for those who have been wronged.
Brooke is licensed to practice in Florida and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida. She is a member of the Tallahassee Bar Association, the American Bar Association, Florida Bar Association, and Criminal Defense Associations: FACDL and NACDL. Additionally, Brooke routinely coaches Mock Trial Teams for the Florida State University School of Law and serves as a Board Member for Good News Outreach.
