Browne's impressive education
includes a B.A. and an LL.B. from George Washington University in
Washington D.C. He began his legal career as a member of the Judge
Advocates General's Corp. (JAG) of the U.S. Air Force, serving in
France from 1961 to 1964, attaining the rank of captain. After
transitioning to civil law, Browne initially practiced as an
insurance casualty adjuster and defense attorney.
As an
