Biography

Bruce A. McDonald has practiced law for 30 years and is still looking for new ways to deliver legal services more economically and efficiently. A founding partner of McDonald Fleming, Bruce began marketing probate assistance throughout all of Florida ten years ago at Statewide Probate (link). He has also added estate planning to his statewide practice through Florida Statewide Wills (link to http://www.planningisloving.com)).Bruce is AV® Preeminent ™ rated by Martindale Hubbell, which is the highest distinction given by his peers. Bruce has practiced in a wide variety of legal areas and has previously been certified by The Florida Bar in mediation and business litigation. He was an early proponent of the use of computers and the internet in the legal profession.
