Biography

Bruce A. Nakamura concentrates his practice in the area of public utilities representation and litigation. He joined the firm in 1995. Mr. Nakamura represents energy, utility, transportation, and telecommunication clients in all matters before the public utilities commission of the state of Hawaii and has litigated myriad matters including commercial and business disputes, real property and land use disputes, licensing and intellectual property disputes, lender disputes, and civil appeals.

Education

Mr. Nakamura received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business & Administrative Studies from Lewis & Clark College in Portland, Oregon. Mr. Nakamura earned his Juris Doctor degree in 1995 from Lewis & Clark College Law School.
