Bruce is viewed by many, myself included, as one of the foremost appellate attorneys in the state. His writing and analytical skills surpass any of attorneys I have worked with in my 23 years of practice. if he does not deserve an AV rating, then no one does. We worked together extensively on a class action plaintiff case and I was overwhelmed with his analytical skills and was also duly impressed about the constraint he showed on not stretching arguments or trying to twist facts.
