Biography

Mr. Jagelski has practiced with the firm since 1990 and has been a partner since 1995. He is married and has two young daughters. His spouse, Stephanie, is also an attorney who practices in nearby Vale, Oregon. When not practicing law, Mr. Jagelski enjoys raising his children, bass fishing and hunting. He grew up in Eastern Oregon and has always been a part of the community, with the exception of a few years following undergraduate studies at Eastern Oregon State College. He returned to Eastern Oregon after receiving his law degree from Willamette University in Salem. He has been practicing at Yturri Rose LLP since that time.

Mr. Jagelski's practice consists of various types of civil litigation. These include business, insurance, personal injury and professional negligence litigation. He has also assisted people and businesses with many other types of civil litigation in trial and appellate courts. He is rated "AV" by Judges and attorneys with whom he has worked. "AV" is the highest rating possible in the Martindale-Hubbell peer review program.
