Bruno Jasic focuses his practice on real estate law. More than half of the facility is occupied by one of Europe's largest suppliers of medical equipment.; Participated in the work for Trigea Nemovitostni Fond, Sicav, A.S. in connection with the acquisition of a warehouse park located in Wroclaw with a total lease area of 38,178 sqm.; Participated in project financing for the investment process of shopping centers, office buildings and real estate development projects.; Advised clients on land acquisition processes for residential and commercial projects.; Participated in work for developers in connection with the due diligence process of real estate, in particular in Warsaw.; Participated in due diligence of real estate and development projects, including analysis of the legal title to real estate and reprivatization and expropriation matters.; The above representations were handled by Mr. Jasic prior to his joining GREENBERG TRAURIG Nowakowska-Zimoch Wysokinski sp.k.
