Mr. Pope is a veteran attorney with 28 years of experience. His specialty is helping clients resolve disputes to their satisfaction quickly and at a reasonable price. Mr. Pope is Board Certified in both Personal Injury Trial Law and Civil Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization; and has an AV rating from Martindale Hubble, which is the highest rating bestowed upon attorneys, when he was evaluated for his legal abilities and compliance with ethical standards. Mr. Pope has also been named a Texas Super Lawyer for each of the last six years.
Mr. Pope has extensive experience in representing companies who have been sued in both personal injury and business disputes. He has served as counsel for numerous companies involved in the amusement and leisure industry for the last 28 years and was recently elected President of the International Amusement and Leisure Defense Association.
He has worked with numerous clients and their insurance carriers in professional liability cases and has represented architects and engineers in both personal injury and construction defect cases.
In addition to being an experienced attorney, Mr. Pope is also a qualified mediator and has mediated over 100 cases. He is currently performing mediations in Rockwall and Dallas Counties.
