Bryan T Spinelli

Bryan Spinelli was born and raised in Connecticut and has called Las Vegas home for the past fifteen years. Before pursuing a legal career, he worked as a photographer and spent several years in the nightlife industry, experiences that shaped his creativity, people skills, and ability to connect with individuals from all walks of life. Bryan earned his Bachelor of Science in Electronic Media, Arts, and Communications from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 2003, building a strong foundation in communication and storytelling that continues to influence his advocacy today.

Driven by a desire to make a meaningful impact, Bryan decided to attend law school and earned his Juris Doctor from the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2023. While in law school, he gained practical legal experience clerking in employment law, which helped deepen his understanding of workplace-related legal issues. After being admitted to the bar, Bryan focused his practice on workers’ compensation, where he found his passion for advocating on behalf of working people.

Bryan is now an attorney at Morgan and Morgan’s Las Vegas office, where he concentrates on workers’ compensation cases. He is committed to standing up for workers and challenging corporate employers and insurance companies that attempt to take advantage of the system. Known for his straightforward and determined approach, Bryan works tirelessly to protect his clients’ rights and ensure they receive the benefits and fairness they deserve.
