Biography

Bryan Thomas Ramirez's area of practice is civil litigation, with matter experience in negligence, premises liability, worker's compensation, complex business litigation disputes, and OSHA and MSHA citation and penalty contests.

Bryan is a Rio Grande Valley native, born in McAllen and raised in Pharr, Texas. He received his B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Texas Pan-American in 2015 and his M.B.A. from St. Mary's University in 2016, all while on athletic baseball scholarship and receiving multiple all-conference honors.

Bryan attended the University of Tennessee College of Law after accepting the Tennessee Law Scholars Award, a scholarship honor awarded to only three applicants.

While attending the University of Tennessee, Bryan was the President of the Latino Law Students Association ('LLSA') and clerked for Justice Leticia Hinojosa at the Thirteenth District Court of Appeals of Texas.

Bryan received his J.D. from the University of Tennessee in 2021, earning his admission to the Texas Bar that same year. He then began working at a full-service law firm in South Texas, where he received extensive trial experience.

Bryan is a father of two who enjoys spending as much time as he can with his family and is active in the local community.
