Bryce E. Fitzgerald

Open for Business
Bryce E. Fitzgerald: Attorney with Kramer Rayson LLP

Biography

Bryce helps employers, health care providers, and businesses solve high-stakes disputes and regulatory problems - efficiently, strategically, and with an eye toward the outcome that matters most. His practice focuses on employment litigation (including wage-and-hour and discrimination matters), restrictive covenant and trade secret disputes, health care regulatory and Certificate of Need (CON) matters, and complex business litigation in state and federal court across Tennessee and beyond.

What clients can expect: practical advice, crisp communication and thorough preparation from day one - whether the best path is early resolution, a preliminary injunction, summary judgment, or appeal.

In his spare time, Bryce loves spending time with his wife and two sons, traveling, playing soccer and golf, Tennessee Volunteers football, and enjoying a good meal.
