Commencing her career at the firm's headquarters in Philadelphia, Ms. Lapszynski's commitment to advocacy led her to establish the firm's New York office in 2014.

Throughout her tenure, Ms. Lapszynski has represented disabled individuals in over 1,000 hearings across the expansive landscape of the 5 boroughs, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties, as well as northern New Jersey.
