Budoor Saif obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Bahrain in 2005 and was admitted as a lawyer in Bahrain in the same year.

Prior to joining Haya Rashed Al Khalifa Attorneys at Law & Legal Consultants in August 2006, she gained experience at a number of major law firms in the Kingdom.
