Burt Binenfeld

Burt C. Binenfeld is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, Cum Laude, where he served as Executive Editor for Jurimetrics,. Burt holds an LL.M. in Taxation from the New York University School of Law. He is a member of the Young Lawyers Estate Planning Section, Probate Practice, and Taxation Committees of the Chicago Bar Association, and the Taxation, Trusts, and Estate Sections of both the Illinois State and American Bar Associations. He was formerly a Tax Manager for WTAS LLC, where he handled highly complex tax matters for substantial family trusts and estates. Burt concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning, probate, and estate and trust administration. Burt also has a strong background in tax and legal research, audit resolution, and tax return preparation. He was published in Chicago Magazine's February 2011/2012 issues of "The State's Outstanding Young Lawyers Rising Star."
