C. Danielle Crowe

Open for Business
C. Danielle Crowe: Attorney with Ball, Kirk & Holm, P.C.

Biography

Danielle Crowe brings a rare level of healthcare experience to her legal practice. Before she ever stepped foot in a courtroom, she earned a Master’s in Health Care Administration and managed an orthopedic surgery clinic in Waterloo. This wasn't just administrative work, it was a deep dive into the complexities of patient care and health systems. During her graduate studies, she even conducted award-winning research on community health and guardianship. This background is what eventually drove her to pursue a law degree at Saint Louis University, where she served as "Lead Editor of the Year" for the Journal of Health Law and Policy. Having clerked in both medical malpractice and workers’ compensation defense, Danielle has seen litigation from every angle. She knows how the other side thinks, and she uses that insight to provide her clients with well-rounded, strategic advocacy. When she’s off the clock, Danielle recharges by traveling, reading, or spending quality time with her family. She isn't just an attorney, she is a dedicated advocate who understands the medical and legal hurdles her clients face because she’s lived them from the inside.

The determination of the need for legal services and the choice of a lawyer are extremely important decisions and should not be based solely upon advertisements, certification, specialization or self-proclaimed expertise. A description or indication of limitation of practice does not mean that any agency or board has certified such lawyers as specialist or expert in an indicated field of law practice nor does it mean that such lawyer is necessarily any more expert or competent than any other lawyer. All potential clients are urged to make their own independent investigation and evaluation of any lawyer being considered. These disclosures are required by the Supreme Court of Iowa.
