Biography

Mr. Plumlee was born and raised in Virginia Beach, graduating from Cox High School before receiving his undergraduate degree from Virginia Tech. He worked as a Quality Assurance Engineer in a sheet metal plant before entering into and graduating from the Regent University School of Law. Mr. Plumlee has been a general practice trial and transactional lawyer since 1997, and has been at the same location since February 1999. He has handled countless domestic, criminal, traffic and personal injury cases and has appeared on television and radio many times as the legal analyst on a number of high profile cases. Mr. Plumlee has handled a wide variety of matters from speeding tickets to first degree murder, from personal injury in minor traffic accidents to wrongful death, from uncontested divorces to complicated domestic matters involving custody, support and property distribution as well as many other issues. He provides individualized attention to each client, understanding the importance of the legal matters with which he has been entrusted.
