Community Involvement: Forbes is involved in a number of nonprofit activities. He is a trustee of the Milton Foundation for Education, which raises approximately $200,000 annually to enhance the quality of and to expand the educational opportunities offered by the Milton Public Schools system. Forbes is also a member of the Town of Milton Personnel Board.He spent several years as a director and member of the Executive Committee of Junior Achievement of Eastern Massachusetts and is the former state fundraising chairman for the American Cancer Society.
